Niall is a passionate and skilled Recording Engineer, Music Producer, Mix Engineer and Sound Supervisor with over 20 years of experience across Ireland’s top recording studios, broadcasters and live venues. There’s not much Niall hasn’t done in audio! From recording and mixing singer/songwriters, rock and pop bands, and orchestral music, to shaping the sound of live sports, news and magazine shows on TV, Niall brings expertise and creativity to every project.

Starting out as an assistant engineer in 2003 at Pulse Recording Studios (now Camden Studios), Niall quickly progressed to running sessions of his own, before moving on to Windmill Lane Recording Studios where he worked on projects of all styles and scales. His passion for live sound led him to tour extensively throughout Ireland, the UK and the USA as a Front of House Engineer.

In recent years, Niall has expanded into broadcast, working as Sound Supervisor for Virgin Media Television Ireland on high-profile live sports, news and magazine programming, and as Radio Sound Supervisor across RTÉ Radio One’s flagship shows. He also collaborates on some of Ireland’s leading podcasts, including The Indo Daily and Crime World, bringing clarity and polish to their distinctive sound.

Honoured to have worked with top local and international artists, as well as Ireland’s leading broadcasters, Niall continues to thrive on projects that allow him to combine technical expertise with creative collaboration, always looking forward to the next opportunity to meet new people and bring stories to life through sound.
